The following information is recorded in log files for each request to the website server from the visitor’s/user’s browser:

• the IP address of the visitor/user, which is his personal data, even if we cannot identify him ourselves based on this element,
• the address (URL) that the user wishes to access and the relevant date and time
• error file

The above information is collected to control the security of the website’s information and services, to ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information and data from accidental or illegal or malicious actions or events, to investigate any online attacks and incidents and to support any related legal claims.

The logs are kept for a period of 12 months and may be shared with the processing company for the purpose of managing the website and with the competent authorities in case it is deemed necessary for the investigation of any cyber attack and incident.
The data for which an investigation is carried out or used in the context of legal claims are kept for the period of time required for these purposes.
